Ross Hurston: The Ultimate Comeback

It has been quite the year! I have just finished my first season competing in the Masters UK Bodybuilding scene under the wonderful guidance of my coach Jonny McKenna. It was pretty full on, competing in 7 shows and qualifying to compete in my first international show in Amsterdam, it's been an incredible experience. Sandwiched between the competitions, I worked with the fabulous photographers James Critchley and Alex Wightman in two photoshoots. I also turned 51 in the summer! To end the year with a bang, my new film, Return of the COB, will be released with MenAtPlay! A very rewarding and exciting year.

What has inspired you to launch a comeback to the world of porn? Why now? 

After the intense training to get me physically ready for the shows, I felt that I was mentally and physically in the best shape I had ever been in. The photoshoot I did with James in the summer sparked the thought that maybe a return to the industry was on the cards. I was extremely honored when I was approached by MenAtPlay to film. MAP was one of the first studios I ever filmed with in 2007 I am extremely fond of them - and the suits! - so it was really a no-brainer.

How was it returning after 15 years? Notice any big differences in the business and the process of making movies?

It was like I had never been away! Alvaro who was the casting director looked after me from when he booked me and throughout the production - and  Raul the director who has created an incredible and stunning. Working alongside Dani Robles, Dennis Vega and Ruslan Angelo was a dream to work with. It was such a pleasure working with such handsome professional men.

How have you changed in the 15 years you have been away from the industry?

I'm physically in the best shape I have ever been. I have worked on myself mentally and physically so to be asked to return to the industry at the age of 51 by one of the biggest companies is such an honour. Daddy H is back!

How is it returning to the industry while also being in a relationship off-camera? Challenging? Is your husband supportive?

My husband met me during the last film I made with Hothouse in 2009 and we have been together ever since. From day one, he has always been supportive if I wanted to return to the industry, he would fully support my decision. So when I got the offer to return after being together for 15 years and married for four, I was very lucky that he had given me his full support.

Is this return only the beginning? What happens next?

As I try with everything in life, there are no expectations. I am just enjoying this experience and the response I am receiving is wonderful - so let's see! There have been a few conversations so 2025 could be even more exciting than this!

Have you followed any of the industry since you left and since you've launched your return? What differences do you see? 

Everything changes so I'm not focusing too much on how it was back then to how it is now. I'm just enjoying doing what I love.

What are some of the other studios, costars, and scenarios you would still like to do?

I am hopefully going to continue with MAP but I have always loved the work of Raging Stallion. I am very much open to offers. I love wearing suits for MAP but do have a love for leather. I think I'll need to go shopping for a new wardrobe!

Could you share with us about your bodybuilding career? What titles have you achieved?

So in my first season from May to November this year, I competed in 7 shows over 4 federations. My biggest win was winning the Masters over 50 Bodybuilding category.

How is everything else outside of porn? Family? Career? What is the latest with just Ross? Who is the real Ross Hurston? 

Home life is wonderful. We have five pugs and live in an idyllic cottage in the English country countryside. Lots of farmers and big boy tractors! That could possibly be a new movie idea?! We love to dip in and out of London but are always so happy to get back home to our dogs. My amazing supportive mum and sister live close by and our wonderful 97-year-old neighbour we care for. I'm a freelance hairdresser and love having the independence and freedom to return back to the industry.

What is your favorite thing about sex? 

Spontaneous sex is my favorite. Especially outdoors. Or after a heavy sweaty session at the gym. But I do love to dress up. The foreplay can be wild. And I love to Kiss xxx
