Reading is Fundamental Recap: Fisting, Drag, & NFT Laws

It's time for some more legal advice from the law-abiding dynamic duo Blue Bailey and Dextra DeNovo, and with their wise words of wisdom, you just might stay out of jail this week, no promises. The library is officially open, and Blue is wasting no time reading Dextra right out of the gate for her... because Reading is Fundamental.

Let us all take a moment of silence for Dextra and her drag collection. Unfortunately, her car was broken into by a gaggle of glitter hungry twanks who got their nasty little knuckles on her weaves and threads, leaving no eyelash or cutlet behind. There is nothing fun about this type of snatch game, and in the end, everyone loses. There is a special place in prison for people who rob another of their craft, and there is most certainly NO lube there, and there isn't enough spit in the world for what your ass is in store for. Justice will be served...

When we get into the meat of the podcast, Blue dishes on being a fisting top (he's a total bottom in all other aspects of his sex life outside from fisting), and the Fist Fest, where he had the opportunity to see a drag performance of P!nk's You and You're Hand before getting whisked away to insert his legal advice elbow deep into an eager fisting bottom. So many different things happening in that moment, I'm a little overwhelmed just recapping it. Fisting Pool Parties, drag performances, and an unlimited buffet. Don't tempt me with a good time.

Now time for some legal talk, and I'll try to keep up. According to Dextra's tea, some opportunistic "artist" Mason Rothschild created the NFT of "metabirkins." Soon after selling it, Hermés obviously sued for trademark infringement and dilution. Rothschild's defense was that "it was an artistic endeavor to see what value people would assign to 2-dimensional objects." Maybe next time don't name them "metabirkins," just sayin'. Check out the podcast to get more giggle-worthy details on the case of capitalism vs. the absurdity of the "art" world. It's better than Godzilla vs. King Kong if one wiped its ass with money and the other had an SVU degree. One good thing that came out of this is that now thanks to Dextra, Blue now knows what both NFTs and Blockchain are.
