Open Post: Hell’s Kitchen Gays Cancel Coronavirus In Viral Pic

A large gathering of gay men outside Atlas Social Club in Hell's Kitchen has done the unthinkable. These guys canceled Caronavirus! Cancel culture is real hunty and Miss Rona can crawl her problematic ass back on home. You've been #exposed. No but really now that New York City is relaxing its social distancing guidelines people are getting back in the swing of things, however some online are criticizing this now-viral scene of unmasked tightly-packed gay men as irresponsible considering hundreds of new Coronavirus cases are still reported daily in New York (including 712 yesterday).

Miss Rona sadly isn't canceled yet, and while infection rates in New York, Illinois, and many other states are decreasing, new cases are increasing in roughly the same number of states (including biggies like California and Texas) not to mention in populous countries like Brazil and India. With that said, I'm not much of a Coronavirus shamer. But I also don't shame Coronavirus shamers. I feel that everyone's doing risk analysis on their physical and mental health and trying to mitigate staying Coronavirus-free while also avoiding isolation-induced dopamine depletion. It's a tricky time, and approaching others with kindness and empathy seems to not be the worst frame of mind moving forward.

WITH THAT SAID, do these maskless NYC thirstbuckets deserve our understanding? Are they simply abiding by Phase 1 guidelines while also stimulating a much in-need economy, or are they flouting the public's health to stimulate something much less selfless.... their twats?
