Super Gay Interview with the Vampire Returns!

Get out the fangs! AMC's super steamy, super gay Interview with the Vampire returns this Sunday. Loosely based on the popular Anne Rice books, it certainly celebrated the homoerotic aspects of the story, much more so than the Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt movie in the '90s. Season 1 of the TV series was met with critical praise, and certainly, the gays loved it for all the skin it showed.

Season 1 followed the themes of the original novel, though timeliness and character history have changed, focusing on the tumultuous yet passionate relationship between the golden-haired vampire Lestat and his new vampire protege, Louis. The two are at odds about how to be a vampire, Louis being the soft-hearted one who shies away from sexcapades and ruthless killings. They clearly have a love/hate relationship. Later, they grow their family with the addition of Claudia, a young girl who becomes a ruthless vampire herself.

From what we know of Season 2, it occurs right after the murder of Lestat. While taking place between his current day interview, Louis recounts the past, including his time at the Théâtre des Vampires with his new vampire boyfriend, Armand, whom we had thought was only his assistant. Sex at work, lovely!  The majority of the story will take place in Paris. Certainly, Lestat's presence will loom heavily in Louis' recount of his love life and there will be flashback scenes, but will he return from death??? Season 2 has 8 episodes and hopefully won't be as brooding as the first, more action, more sex! Here's the trailer for Season 2:

We wanted to get those vampire juices flowing by looking back at the steamiest scenes from season 1, courtesy of Mr. Man. The show's two leads, Sam Reid and Jacob Anderson are hot, hot, hot! We'd let them bite us for sure.

Ok, before there was Challengers, there was this hot threesome. When the lady falls asleep, what are the men to do? Get some action by themselves of course. Does becoming a vampire give you an amazing ass? Clearly, it does.

Again, can Sam Reid's butt win all the awards?
