Sergeant Miles Sentenced to Jail

Adult film personality Sergeant Miles has been in the industry for a decade. With seven GayVN nominations for his work, he's produced his own work and has filmed with studios such as Lucas Entertainment, Raging Stallion, Men.com, and Kink.com. He's filmed a lot of gay content, as well as trans and bi. He has skillfully grown his fan base and name brand during his time in the industry. He is an army veteran who served over 2 years in Iraq until he was shot, he retired in 2006. In April of 2022, he was arrested for "assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain law enforcement officers" during the Capitol Riot on January 6th, 2021.

According to the press release issued from the U.S. Attorney's Office, he is a member of the Proud Boys and left Tampa and traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the rally. He and his co-members of the Proud Boys left the rally early, headed to the Capitol, and "played a leading role in the riot."

Miles confronted U.S. Capitol Police officers, shoving and attempting to punch an officer as LeBrun (co-defendant) cheered him on. In addition to attempting to assault the officer, Miles made additional physical contact with law enforcement officers, seeking to obstruct, impede, and interfere with their efforts to hold back the rioters.

He was turned in by a woman who had a photo of her, Miles, and his co-defendant. His actions were caught on camera and he ended up pleading guilty to the charges. He was pictured wearing a jacket with his last name on it and a t-shirt that read “Trump 2020 F— Your Feelings.” Last week he was sentenced to two years in jail, a year of supervised release, and $2,000 in restitution.

During COVID, he went to Twitter and claimed that COVID was no worse than the flu, and the restrictions on filming adult content were literally killing people.

He remained active in the adult industry up until this year. His Twitter has been deactivated and his Instagram's last post was this past September. His production company's Twitter remains active. He has also been in hot water for past posts supporting Trump and belittling a school shooting.

According to the District Attorney's Office, more than 1,100 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 400 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, which is a felony.
