CBT EXPLAINED

Next to the three letters in S-E-X, CBT can come a close second for some. What is CBT? How do you do it? What is the benefit? We got you! No, we aren't talking about Cognitive behavioral therapy, although we could probably use that as well.

Simply put, it is the stretching of the balls, and hitting of the balls and penis, within limits. If done properly, it can heighten the senses and increase stimulation and ejaculation. Sound painful? Well so does anal sex if you don't know how to do it. CBT can include a variety of activities, including genital piercing, wax play, genital spanking, squeezing, ball-busting, genital flogging, urethral play, tickle manipulation, erotic electrostimulation, kneeing, or kicking.

For some, it is not just about the physical aspect. It is a pleasure derived from masochism. There is also an emotional pleasure when giving oneself to a sadistic dominant. Feeling owned and erotically humiliated are all pleasures experienced by those who love to submit to CBT.

Want to get into CBT? Here are some of the top devices to help you on your journey.

Ball Stretcher:

A ball stretcher is a popular sex toy that elongates the scrotum and provides a feeling of weight pulling the testicles away from the body. This can increase the intensity of the orgasm because the testicles are prevented from moving up. Try it! This is probably the least intense device/action in the CBT world.

Ball Crusher:

Now we are heading into advanced CBT. This device, made of metal or acrylic, literally crushes your balls using a set of screws to tighten to your desired intensity. This can be used with a dominant partner or by yourself during masturbation.

Parachute:

A parachute is literally a collar for your balls. From the collar, you can hang weights that, like a ball stretcher, adds pressure to the ball area, increasing stimulation. People like to use this for changing up the weights, from smaller to much larger to build up the pressure.

Humbler:

This one is new to us. It is a ring placed around the scrotum that is attached to a metal bar that is placed behind the legs. The wearer is regulated to keeping their legs folded forward, as any attempt to straighten them even slightly pulls hard on the scrotum. Not only does it provide sensation on the ball area, it also makes a sub stay in a sub position. This is growing in popularity in the CBT world.

Cock Harness:

You will see a lot of cock harnesses in BDSM porn. Also referred to as a chastity cage, it is a metal device that is placed over the cock and balls that prevents erections. Not only does it provide pressure to the wearer, it adds eroticism to the idea that the wearer is not focused on their own pleasure, but that of their dom. Their only role is to service the cock of their owner, not theirs. This was actually designed as a primitive medical device to prevent ejaculation while sleeping.

Ball Busting:

Don't want to spend money on a device? This form of CBT is literally kicking someone in the balls. This term has become common slang with the connotation that someone is "busting your balls" by annoying or ribbing you. This is our least recommended form of CBT as it is not as controlled as a device and can result in medical damage.

Let us know what you have tried in terms of CBT. We'd love to hear!
