So what is the latest with Boomer Banks?

Every 10 years, my artistic soul tends to find a new outlet. Music has always been healing and now I've taken it further by learning the art of DJing house music. It's been so humbling to have the support of my peers. I'm excited and remain teachable

How have your first several years in the adult industry been?

Meh. The only thing I'm grateful for is that as a brown man, I didn't accept no as an answer. I didn't listen to the people who told me what I could be. I worked hard and paved my own lane. My only hope is that I was able to show another brown boy or any POC guy that sex positivity and sex work are empowering and can help you along on your queer journey.

What has kept you going in the business? What is your longevity secret?

My journey somewhat evolved almost 2 years ago. My journey for now is no longer in the “business,” which was never designed for POC men to thrive in any way. I still create content but on my own terms.

How do you try to keep your performances fresh and interesting? What gives you a special edge?

I try just to stay present, humble, and honest with myself and other content creators. The edge is I give my creativity room to grow. I don't pretend to know better than anyone. I ask questions often because I don't know everything.

What first brought you to the industry?

For the porn industry, I was simply asked. For the music industry as a DJ, I was grieving the loss of my soul mate and my proximity to talented, phenomenal DJs has been so close. My mentor DJ Nita Aviance saw that I was in a lot of pain and they suggested music would help heal me. My journey this year with DJing has been so magical. I'm excited for what is to come

What are some changes you've seen in your time in the business?

This is a loaded question. I'll just simply say that the “business” wasn't designed for men like me and content sites have given us the power to make our own way.

How have you changed?

How haven't I changed? Life happens. I learned to flow with the universe, not against it.

Who is the man behind Boomer Banks? Hobbies, interests, beliefs?

I'm an artist. I don't have hobbies, just my art — most recently music has been my interest and belief.
