5 TV Shows to Stream This November

It's time to cozy up into fall and that means never leaving your house unless you absolutely have to. What to do with all this indoor time? Crank out some great TV so you have shows to talk about with family over Thanksgiving and the holidays. Below, we deep dive into some great streaming shows to dive into this month.

Found

If you liked the early seasons of Scandal (before all the B613 stuff), you may love the new Peacock drama Found. Like the gladiators, Gabi Mosley and her team work very hard behind the scenes and around the law to help find missing people and bring them back to their families. Every week is a different missing person, and as the weeks go on you get to know Gabi and her team better. There's a gay veteran, an agoraphobic, a mom who lost her young son, and two women who were former abductees who escaped. Then there's the hidden gag that Gabi abducted her former abductor (my very first crush Zack Morris aka Mark-Paul Gosselaar) and is holding him in her basement to help her solve these cases. It's a trip but it's great. Stream the first season on Peacock now.

Housewives

This is the sweetest season for fans of Bravo's reality-drama The Real Housewives. Our modern-day soaps, our stories if you will, The Housewives isn't for everyone but those who pray at this altar are rejoicing big time right now. First, you have Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. It's the ladies' first season without their big star Jen Shah, and these ladies are serving. They are on the top of their game this season, with only more drama around newbie Monica about to become exposed. Then you've got The Real Housewives of Miami and these ladies are so incredible, they brought this franchise back from the dead. They have the wealth of Beverly Hills and the drama of Potomac. Speaking of, both of those fan-favorite marquee franchises are also back on the air — Kyle's 25-year marriage is over on Beverly Hills and if Beyonce is watching Potomac, why aren't you?!

Six Feet Under

Netflix has acquired the complete series of HBO's hit Six Feet Under. A show about all the complexities of life and death doesn't sound like an ideal way to help battle your seasonal depression, but ask anyone who has seen it and they will say there's no show or series finale quite like Six Feet Under. Michael C. Hall has such an amazing character arc as David, the gay son in the family who struggles with his own acceptance. He was nominated for an Emmy and Golden Globe for his performance.

The Gilded Age

From the creators of Downton Abbey, HBO's costume drama The Gilded Age is one of those shows that isn't gay, but feels like it is. The divas, the drama, even a little closeted gay subplot featuring Broadway hottie Claybourne Elder, it all makes The Gilded Age a tasty treat for the gays (and our moms). Stream it on HBOMax.

Escaping Twin Flames

If you love a juicy documentary that will have you all sucked in and on the edge of your seat, check out the sad and crazy story of Escaping Twin Flames. The docu-series charts real stories of people looking to find the love of their lives but getting tangled up in a dangerous and crazy scenario. Streaming now on Netflix.
