We gays love cruising just as much as we love going on actual cruises! Put the two together and you've got some really amazing porn content! And I'm no big city lawyer (*pauses for reader's gasp*), but as far as I'm concerned anything goes when you're out at sea; Atlantis Cruises, however, disagrees. In fact, they've made it an official rule that passengers cannot post any explicit content that is filmed on one of their cruises. The cruise line joined with Royal Caribbean to create an updated handbook where they explicitly ban such behavior.
If you're unfamiliar with Atlantis, they're the world's largest and most popular gay cruise line and operates some of the most fabulous cruise experiences for gays around the world. Because it's become one of the gaycation Meccas, it also has become a hotspot for performers from JustForFans to meet up with each other and make some hot content full of seamen.

Atlantis is trying to put the kibosh on that. “While we want everyone to have fun, there are limits and so we ask that you be respectful of all guests and our cruise partners,” they write in the updated handbook. “Please do not post anything explicitly sexual on social media in a public forum or other online space.”
The penalty for breaking this rule? Getting kicked off the boat without a refund! “Any guest who posts or publishes an explicit and publicly visible photo or video," the handbook states, "will be asked to leave the ship with no refund."
Apparently, this issue has gone all the way up to the top brass! Atlantis Events CEO Rich Campbell said the decision was brought to him, and he supported it, if only for legal protection for Atlantis. “The cruise lines have asked me to include that and that’s not such a strange request,” Campbell told Buzzfeed News. “They don’t want their brand featured.”
JustForFans founder Dominic Ford doesn't disagree necessarily, saying, “Every brand has a right to protect its image” and noted that policies like this were “fairly standard” at other gaycation hot spots. Although, it doesn't seem to have stopped our favorite content creators, though, who have already posted some amazing content from one of the most recent cruises.

Ford acknowledges this, too! “If models are careful and smart about filming, they should be fine,” he says. “It’s a shame that sex work and pornography is still marginalized and stigmatized,” he said. “But we need to find ways of working with our friends and allies to make sure everyone’s safe spaces are protected, not just ours.”
