A very wise man once told me, "Always douche before you go out. You never know where your night will go." Two things that I like to throw in my morning shake are maca root powder and ginseng.  They are generally great for your body (sustaining energy throughout the day, muscle regrowth, etc) and both, as well as other natural supplements, keep the blood circulating to the right places.  Spirulina is a staple for me as well.  Next time you see yourself entering a YouTube spiral take the time to google these and other natural supplements.  There are so many good things that you can put into your body before putting cock in your face and butt.

Of course, lighting and camera are definitely a priority.

There are specific times of the day where natural light is at its best.  Ring lights are great, especially if they have a camera attached to them (and by camera, I mean your smartphone). I know there are many folks out there that enjoy the homemade vibe but, even so, a poor lighting job can kill the content. And use a cameraman when that is an option.  They are our friends.

I understand that some take things more professionally than others, but flaking out on a scene partner last minute is without a doubt a dick move and people talk.  If you garner a reputation for not taking your scenes too seriously, no one will want to film with you.  We have all seen those memes of when tops cancel on bottoms. Regardless of whether you are taking or giving dick, be a fucking adult and manage your goddam schedule.

If you are not, then what is the point?
