Our friends over at QueerClick are all worked up that Cocksure Men has "repurposed" a jackoff video from Jake Cruise featuring a dead guy. Yeah, that's pretty poor taste, but is it criminal?

Apparently, Nick, this hot blond piece of trade, died accidentally a few years ago after making just one movie for Jake Cruise's eponymous website. The footage was never pulled from JakeCruise.com and CockSure Men posts a number of it's sister site's videos that don't feature Mr. Cruise, so they didn't want this video to appear in one place and not another. "Had we not included it, people would have said we were 'making' them join Jake Cruise to see Nick's solo scene, and if we included it (which we chose to do), we would be called out for using older images of a model who died in an accident quite a while after we shot him. The fans asked for him and we answered that call," a rep from Cocksure Men told QueerClick.

Well, that does make sense. We actually fucked dead pornstar Haus Weston (just cause we paid for it, doesn't mean we didn't fuck him), and we still jerk off thinking about it, so this isn't so bad. However, you'd think that on Cocksure Men, they might want to mention it somewhere just so that we know that they know, ya know? It still amazes us that porn companies (or any media company, for that matter) can put things out there into the public realm and think that we're all just not going to notice.
