Our love of superheroes is well documented, but now it seems like it's seeping into other drawn media as well. Thank god there's a new book by Dale Lazarov. We thought we might have to watch actual movies again!

Not that there's anything wrong with movies, but we have a soft spot for the silent by deadly comics by Lazarov (who you might remember from his scorching comic series "Sticky" or his awesome book "Manly."). His newest work, "Night Life," doesn't come out until November, but you can pre-order it on Amazon now. Wow, that sure is a lot of time to be waiting, but pre-order reminds us of precum, and that's one of our favorite things.

While Lazarov may be a writer who doesn't rely on a lot of words, we love the narrative constructs that he gives his panels, these drawn by Bastian Jonnson. He takes classic situations, and sexy macho men, and makes them even hotter by putting them in the fantasies we all harbor. His guys tend to be on the bigger and hairier side, and they're not the idealized creations of Tom of Finland, which makes them even more accessible and hotter. It's like someone finally put the movie in our head onto the page, and for that, we can't wait to blow our first load in Lazarov's honor.
