Our Beloved Original Spartacus Has Died: A Video Remembrance

Andy Whitfield, our favorite hunky gladiator from "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" has unfortunately died from cancer at the age of 39. We fell in love with Andy as the brawny, beautiful Spartacus, and will miss him in the upcoming season. Let's remember him as we do here on Fleshbot, with a retrospective of our favorite scenes.

There was a great feud between Spartacus and Crixus, and we haven't seen two people roll around on the floor together to such great affect since Alexis and Krystal.

Andy always looked good, he was literally a golden child.
