Liam Payne’s Latest Workout Vid Makes Me Want To Join A Gym

You know what they say - no Payne, no gain. Liam Payne of One Direction fame is back in the game with a vid that's insane.

Ok I know, enough rhyming. I was out of words anyway. 

Liam posted a video for his (very thirsty) fans on Instagram and to say the least, everyone lost it. Seriously. Lost. Their. Shit.

It looks like just another day at the gym for Papa Payne, but to the rest of us it was a gift sent from the gay gods themselves! He showed off his ripped body while doing some pull ups in his own private gym (or sanctuary, as I would call it). We even got a good look at his Emporio Armani undies. Are those your fave, Liam? What a coincidence! They're my favorite too!

The video has definitely trended well with his fans. It's been viewed over 1.7 million times and has garnered over 800,000 likes so far. His followers were also very eager to post their own reactions to the steamy video. They couldn't even contain it all to just Instagram, either.

Even with a simple workout routine, Liam has the ability to make us drop our jaws (and our pants, too!). I'm going to go workout my hand now. Can we get a video of his washing all that sweat off afterward, too?
