Gay Porn Star Kayden Gray Reveals He Is HIV-Positive

In a new video posted on his official YouTube channel, porn star Kayden Gray revealed his HIV-positive status to the public. He begins the emotional video by saying, “I’ve been thinking about making this video for a very long time. I know some people won’t like it, but that’s more of a reason why it should happen.”

Kayden explained that he acquired HIV three and a half years ago, after having unprotected sex with numerous men at a sex party. He added that he took three months off from sex because he “felt disgusting” and “unlovable” after suffering from symptoms a few months after acquiring the virus. 

After placing himself in his own solitary confinement, Kayden discovered antiretroviral treatment and his viral load became undetectable. After receiving the news that he was undetectable, he says it became “safe to have a completely regular – if not, slightly crazy – sex life”. Even though he's come to accept himself and his status, he says the worst part of living with his diagnosis “is the judgment and the cruelty”.
