Porn Star Calum McSwiggan Assault Claim Was Fake After All

Police Unable to Substantiate McSwiggan Battery Claims

Well, at least now I feel comfortable using my nickname for porn star turned YouTuber Calum McSwiggan. It turns out that Ol' McSwiggan Down Buckets of Jizz most likely falsified the claims that he was assaulted by three men in the parking lot of West Hollywood gay club The Abbey on Sunday night. On Monday the porn star posted an Instagram photo from a hospital bed, showing off a distressed face and the most poorly dressed wound of all time. The accompanying text gave a breakdown of the injuries Calum suffered to his face, including three broken teeth and six stitches. One look at his face will tell you that he might have a touch of the crazies, but probably didn't get the beating he detailed.

Now we can almost officially say that his claims were false, and were most likely used as a haphazard cover up for erratic behavior the porn star displayed on Sunday night. According to WeHo police, an unscathed McSwiggan tore off a mirror from a car in The Abbey parking lot and used it to scratch off the paint. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has an affirmative duty to fully investigate all assaults and reports of violence in our community. Deputies from West Hollywood Station responded to and investigated the report by Calum McSwiggan that he was assaulted by three males after leaving a local nightclub early Monday morning. Responding deputies were unable to substantiate the assault. Mr. McSwiggan, who had no visible injuries, was subsequently arrested after deputies observed him vandalizing a car in the 8900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard. After being booked and photographed, Mr. McSwiggan was placed into a cell by himself at West Hollywood Station. Mr. McSwiggan was then observed injuring himself with the handle and receiver to a payphone inside the cell. Medical personnel were summoned and Mr. McSwiggan was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Mr. McSwiggan’s booking photo was taken prior to deputies seeing Mr. McSwiggan injuring himself.

If you'll remember, this isn't the first time that Calum has landed himself in hot water for manipulating the media. In January of 2016 he released an emotional video confessing that he has a secret porn past (that he was coerced into doing), while an early YouTube video titled "I Used To Be A Porn Star" reveals a different story.

With the devastating Orlando shooting still very much on everyone's mind, people will most likely not take false claims of LGBT violence lightly. Now we wait and see what the porn star's next move will be.
