I Have A Sudden Craving For Authentic Taiwanese Bean Curds

Taiwan is one of those places I keep meaning to visit, like Amsterdam and Pripyat. Now that I've seen these pictures of the world's "hottest bean curd seller" however, I may or may not also have Expedia open in another browser window. 

These photos of 26-year old Chin Yitin were brought to my attention by the good people over at Queerty (link below), who discovered that in addition to selling the tasty Taiwanese treats at his godfather's shop, he also models on the side because of course he does. Look at those abs!

Yitin works a stall in the Beitou district of Taipei called “Most Traditional Bean Curd Flower.” The stall belongs to his godfather and it specializes in Chinese pudding made of soft tofu drenched in sugar syrup.

Photos appeared on this Chinese-language blog and have since been shared online tens of thousands of times. Yitin hopes this is his ticket out of his godfather’s pudding shop.
