Here's Why People Have Butt Hair

Butt hair seems to have a prevalent spot in the gay community, so it's fortunate that the people at Sci Show put together a comprehensive video about the hair that grows down there. Kind of like the allure of the uncut cock, some gays treat ass hair like it's an actual aphrodisiac, while others have no interest. It's butts that look like they have a fuzzy caterpillar napping on the crack vs. ones giving off Ken Doll realness!

While it seems like it would be easier to clean a waxed floor than a shag carpet, there is most likely a purpose for the crust catchers around our cracks, according to the beautiful nerd in the video below (just try to make it through the clip without picturing his hot hairy blonde butthole). According to Sci Show, there are three main reasons why people might have hair on their butts.

Sure it's sometimes inconvenient and depending on the moment in cultural history it might be considered unsightly, but it appears that butt hair has never been a significant reason for one human not make babies for another human.

2) We have butt hair to trap in scent for attracting a mate (Works every time! - Eric Angelo):

Body odor definitely has a negative connotation in today's world,but there is little doubt that communication through scent has played an important role in the evolution of humans. After all, that's likely why we have body hair in the same areas where we produce body odors. The hair is there to hold onto sebaceous, or oily, secretions that have their own smell, and are also consumed by bacteria that create even more smells.

3) It's a natural way to avoid asscheek to asscheek friction and irritation while in motion:

Skin rubbing on skin (especially in areas where that skin may be moist and dirty) can cause irritation, rashes, and even serious, debilitation infection.
