Porn Star Calum McSwiggan Officially Pleads Not Guilty

Calum McSwiggan has found himself back in the news after pleading not guilty to claims that he filed a false police report back in June. If you'll remember, the porn star and YouTube celebrity claimed to have been attacked by three men in The Abbey parking lot in Los Angeles while he was attending festivities surrounding VidCon.

Things got shifty when the supposed injuries depicted in an Instagram photo (below) didn't add up. When the police found Calum McSwiggan in the parking lot he has supposedly gone apeshit on a parked car, and at the time showed no visible injuries. While in a holding cell Calum also went apeshit on his face, but unfortunately for him that happened after his mug shot (above) was already taken. Basically, Calum would be dead in a second on Orphan Black because girl canNOT get his stories straight! At the time he stated:

I knew I had to injure myself to get out of the cell and into a hospital, and it was the only solution I could find to get myself out of there.

After the ordeal turned from "LGBTQ hate crime" to "Oh, he's on angel dust," Calum took to his Facebook to write:

Just because there were no visible marks on my face does not mean I was not attacked. Being accused of being a liar and being called a disgrace to the LGBT+ community, a community I've dedicated my life to, is more painful than any hate crime could ever be.

On Monday the 26-year-old Calum "McSwiggan down jizz" took a trip to the L.A. Airport Courthouse, where he pleaded not guilty to claims of mauling a car and of course filing a false police report. His pre-trial hearing will be on November 7th, and I'll make sure to cover it like the damn O.J. trial. Do any of you still think McSwiggan was attacked in that parking lot? "Innocent until proven guilty" is the American way, but this one's pretty hard to swallow. Speaking of, SEE CALUM SNOWBALL HERE!
