Ricky Martin Gives The Deets On His First Gay Sex Scene

International music artist-turned-actor and hot-bodied Latino Ricky Martin, who will star as Gianni Versace’s boyfriend Antonio D’Amico in the upcoming season of American Crime Story, gave the low-down on his first ever on-screen gay sex scene in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. 

When asked what it was like to play Versace's lover, Martin said: "I thought I was going to be more uncomfortable. The exhibitionism kicked in for a moment and all of a sudden I was naked in bed in front of 20 people from the crew and another actor I met that same day." Oooh. The things we would do to be a fly on the wall during that scene. 

He added that nerves weren't an issue, either. "I was not nervous at all. On the contrary, I was ready to do what needed to be done," he said in the interview. With a body like that, no wonder he wasn't nervous. 

Martin also makes a point to mention the importance of telling Versace's story in the series. "It’s a story that needs to be told. We’re going to go mainstream with a story that talks about homophobia, that talks about hate, that talks about indifference."

We are definitely looking forward to watching the upcoming series, aptly named The Assassination of Gianni Versace, when it airs next year. Specifically one episode, actually.
